IIC-Taiwan: Inspiring innovation at chip, board and system level
Taiwan produces some of the most sophisticated electronics in the market. The island has been recognized globally as the technical innovation center in Asia.
Taiwan engineers are Asia-Pacific's most creative forces. They handle an average of 5 or design projects a year, according to the 2008 EE Times-Taiwan Readership Study.
As they develop the next-generation electronics, they need new ideas and expert advice on how to deal with their design challenges. One event offers the right venue for connecting Taiwan engineers with technologies face-to-face: the International IC-Taiwan (IIC-Taiwan) Conference & Exhibition.
IIC-Taiwan attracts the most talented engineers and enable them to find, view, learn about, and compare the latest IC applications, EDA and embedded technologies. It completes the technology cycle by delivering your technology and technical know-how to Taiwan's design community.

IIC-Taiwan expands to Hall 3 of Taipei World Trade Center
IIC-Taiwan 2009 will be expanding its show floors to accommodate more active and passive component technologies at Hall 3 of Taipei World Trade Center.
The hall offers 6,478 square meters of show floor space that can occupy 365 exhibition booths. The hall is right beside Taipei 101, and is walking distance from Warner Village and the Grand Hotel.
IIC-Taiwan 2008 a big success
A total of 3,681 design innovators and decision makers from Taiwan's electronics hubs filled the show floors of IIC-Taiwan last September 2008. The event was co-located with SEMICON Taiwan and HDMI Developers' Conference.
IIC-Taiwan featured 130 booths showcasing next-generation technology from leading technology companies. Taiwan's engineers and technical managers came to evaluate the latest IC and embedded design solutions - up 19 percent from its predecessors in 2007.
The vendor seminars were a big hit among design engineers who gathered to learn the latest theories on automotive technology, embedded systems, test & measurement and more from technology experts.
